我自定义安装了php版本之后，全部项目都跳转502

只有index.html是正常的，php文件一律跳转502，

还有这个发布话题的上传图片也又问题，根本上传不了！我服了

nginx 日志报错如下

connect() failed (10061: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it) while connecting to upstream, client: 127.0.0.1, server: index.local, request: "GET / HTTP/1.1", upstream: "fastcgi://127.0.0.1:9000", host: "index.local"
